The corners are a lot sharper than you would expect. I've already caught the back of my hands on one side multiple times. You also have to raise it up just a bit to get the maximum amount of airflow. Otherwise, this product is very well made, and is very effective.

Most of the coolers out there are, in my experience, JUNK. They have cheap, noisy fans that drive me crazy. Most work ok out of the box but within a day or two their junky fans make a racket I find intolerable.

with this one I have to check and see if the fan is on! And my laptop stays cool.

Best cooler I've ever purchased. Very pleased.
